I already have an account
You do not need to sign in before sending your information. Email your current allergen matrix from the address linked to your account and include your business and location name.
I don't have an account yet
After payment, your confirmation email will show you how to choose a subscription and create your account. Your setup fee is already paid, so do not buy it again.
How it works
- 1Pay your one-off setup fee securely online.
- 2Follow the instructions for either an existing account or a new account in your confirmation email.
- 3Email us your current allergen matrix from the address linked to your account.
- 4We enter your menus and allergen details and prepare your QR codes.
The 2-business-day setup period begins once your account is active and we have your current allergen matrix.
